Based in Chicago USA and signed to the Anticon label, the music of Serengeti is a sharp departure from most mainstream hip-hop, which he considers "depressing" and always consists of "the same redundant ideas." Drawing upon numerous references to Chicago culture Serengeti often performs in character as one his several personae. His new album on Anticon is co-produced by Yoni Wolf (aka WHY?) and Advance Base (formally Casiotone for the Painfully Alone).

THE MACCABEES - UPDATE

Due to recording commitments, The Maccabees regret to announce the cancellation of the Lusty Glaze Beach show in Newquay on Thursday 8th September.

Unfortunately this date will not be re-scheduled and you should contact the point of purchase for a full refund. We are sorry for any in convenience.

The Istanbul show on Wednesday 14th September, has been rescheduled to Thursday December 01st – all original tickets will be valid for the new date.

The Exeter show on September 9th will still go ahead, and is now fully sold out.
